Please ensure that the information provided by you over the telephone is accurate. If you decide to buy the Churchill Pet Insurance policy, these details will form the basis of the insurance contract between us. Incorrect information could invalidate all or part of the policy. This contract will be governed by English Law. Our cancellation and complaints procedure is detailed in the policy, where you can also find details of the 14-day right to change your mind.


To receive a quotation and purchase a policy, you must be able to confirm “yes” to the following statements and have read the policy summary. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to these statements and that you have read the policy summary.

  • You are a UK resident
  • You are the sole owner of the pet
  • Your pet meets the following age limits at inception of the pet insurance policy (you will be asked to confirm this):
    Dogs: Over 8 weeks old, but under 9 years in age
    Cats: Over 8 weeks old, but under 11 years in age
  • Your pet has received all the following necessary routine vaccinations:
    Dogs: Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus
    Cats: Feline Infectious Entiritis, Feline Leukaemia and Cat Flu
