Churchill Legal Assistance Service: If you have an accident involving your car that's not your fault and you suffer losses you cannot recover from any insurance policy, then, for an extra premium, we'll provide up to £100,000 of legal costs to help recover these losses from the party at fault as long as it is more likely than not that your claim will succeed. Examples include: compensation for personal injury, loss of earnings and accident repair costs if you don't have comprehensive cover.
