Home Emergency cover

 

For an extra premium you can add different optional extras to your home insurance policy such as Home Emergency cover.


What would you do if your central heating failed, you had no electrical power or your front door lock broke? Do you know a tradesman that could help in a hurry? Could you afford to pay the cost of any repairs?


Add Home Emergency and if there is an emergency in your home, we will:


  • tell you how to protect yourself and the home immediately when you call us
  • pay the cost of providing emergency assistance, including call-out, labour at the home and parts up to a total of £500

You can also add other optional extras such as Accidental Damage cover, which provides protection to your buildings and contents against accidents - like drilling through a water pipe or spilling wine on the carpet, Personal Possessions cover, which will cover your belongings for loss, damage or theft anywhere in the British Isles and Family Legal Protection, which can cover legal costs of up to £50,000.
