Plus for an additional cost you can add the following additional covers to your policy:



Accidental Damage

Accidental damage cover is not included on your policy as standard. For an additional cost you can add this cover to your policy and protect your home and contents against those all too frequent accidents, from minor mishaps to major DIY catastrophes.

Accidental damage cover added to your contents insurance includes:

  • Protection for home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVD players and computers
  • Breakages to mirrors and glass
  • Everyday accidents such as paint or wine spillages

Accidental damage cover added to your buildings insurance includes:

  • Accidental damage to underground drains, pipes and cables
  • Accidental breakage to fixed glass and sanitary fittings


Personal Possessions Cover

Protect your mobile phone, mp3 player, contents of the kids' school bags and more by adding Personal Possessions cover to your policy when you buy online. Take a look at some of what's covered:

  • money up to £300 and credit cards up to £600
  • accidental damage or loss and theft
  • your belongings anywhere in the British Isles
  • your belongings abroad for up to 60 days
  • possessions belonging to you and all your family who live with you (max. £1,500 per item)
  • a total of £2,500 (this can be increased if needed)


Home Emergency Legal Protection

Disputes can occur anywhere in everyday life; with tradesmen working at your home or even as a result of a bad holiday experience. For just 6p a day, simply add this cover when you buy online to benefit from:

  • legal costs up to £50,000
  • cover for you and all your family who normally live with you
  • cover for employment, contract, property and inheritance disputes, personal injury, tax protection, legal defence as an employee and motoring prosecutions
  • cover for your salary while you attend jury service
  • cover for all legal costs whether you win or not
  • no excess to pay
